Hello, I was planning to bring my family to Disneyland on Apr 19th. Their favourite ride is Indiana Jones. Will it have re-opened by then? I saw that you ate closing it on Mar.17.

Hi Mike, and welcome to planDisney! I’m right there with you. I never miss a chance to embark on the Indiana Jones Adventure when I visit Disneyland. It’s a classic thrill ride that always delivers!

I took a look at the Daily Events schedule, which lists ride closures and other park-related updates, and unfortunately, the calendar currently only extends through March 31st. Since updates are typically posted about six weeks in advance, I highly recommend checking back on Saturday, March 7th, for the earliest status update on Indiana Jones Adventure. Also, just as a reminder, attraction closures are always subject to change.  Keep an eye on the Theme Park Hours & Information page leading up to your visit, as schedules can shift. I know how much this ride means to fellow adventurers like you, so I’m hoping right along with you that Dr. Jones will be ready to welcome Guests when you arrive!

Now, if Indiana Jones Adventure is unavailable during your visit, fear not! There are plenty of George Lucas-inspired thrills to embark on. Over in Tomorrowland, Star Tours – The Adventures Continue is always an exciting ride, and if someone in your party gets chosen as the Rebel Spy, well, that’s a bragging right for the ages! Even more exciting? Hyperspace Mountain is making its triumphant return, blasting Guests straight into the middle of a high-stakes X-wing battle over Jakku. And, of course, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is brimming with adventure. Whether you’re stepping into the cockpit of the Millennium Falcon in Smugglers Run or joining the Resistance to take down the First Order in the groundbreaking Rise of the Resistance, there’s no shortage of action-packed fun for your family.

And here’s something truly special: your visit aligns with the return of Seasons of the Force at Disneyland! This galactic celebration will bring exclusive food and beverages, limited-time entertainment, and must-have merchandise. The Disney Parks Blog recently shared some thrilling updates, including the debut of a brand-new nighttime projection show, Shadows of Memory: A Skywalker Saga, on March 28. Picture breathtaking projections illuminating the spires of Batuu, near the Millennium Falcon, all set to the legendary score of John Williams—it’s going to be an absolute must-see. But that’s not all. A certain shadowy figure, one of the most legendary Jedi to ever wield a lightsaber, will be making his first appearance in Galaxy’s Edge. Let’s just say, the Force is strong with this one!

No matter how your family chooses to adventure, Mike, your Disneyland visit is bound to be legendary. If you have any more questions while planning your trip, we’d love to see you again here at planDisney.

    Have a magical day!
