I am planning my bachelorette party for 9/8-9/11 in 2022, and there will be between 12 and 16 of us attending. We are hoping to do one park hopper day at Animal Kingdom and Epcot. Any recommendations for booking this large of a group?

    Hi there, Kori!

I am just thrilled that you have found your “happily ever after.” There truly is no better way to celebrate your upcoming nuptials and “live your dream” than to take a girl’s getaway to The Most Magical Place on Earth!

Kori, I suggest that you start your day by taking your squad to Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Disney’s Animal Kingdom generally opens a couple hours earlier than EPCOT, letting you maximize your day of fun.

While at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, fly high on the back of a Banshee on Avatar – Flight of Passage before escaping from the Yeti on Expedition Everest. Cool down on Kali River Rapids before enjoying a refreshment from the Nomad Lounge. This lounge is one of the best hidden spots in all of Walt Disney World Resort with incredible food, bites, and atmosphere. If you are looking to take a break for lunch, both Tiffins and Yak & Yeti Restaurant are fabulous options.

After 2:00 get ready to explore a “whole new world” as you head to EPCOT. Did you know that you will be visiting during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival? Instead of making a dinner reservation, I love noshing my way around the park enjoying small bites at each festival booth.

La Cava del Tequila is the perfect place to relax for a bit while Biergarten Restaurant is the ideal dining location for a large group. If you are looking for an upscale dining experience, head out the back entrance of EPCOT to “be our guest” at one of the fabulous resorts along the Disney Boardwalk. I highly recommend both Flying Fish and Yachtsman Steakhouse

Do not forget to book your Disney Park Pass system reservation as soon as you can! Each person in your group will need to have a reservation, but you will only need to make a reservation for the first park that you plan to visit. Make sure that you are connected with all your besties on your Family & Friends List on your My Disney Experience account. This will let you all see and share plans and photographs.

I just know that you will have the most magical trip, Kori.

    Best Wishes!
