    Planning ahead for summer vacation-love this panel. My ? is can we make it to a showing of Fantasmic at 8:30 if I make ADR at Chef M or Trails End at 5 or 6 for dinner? Can't wait! Thanks!

    Hi, Beth!  In my experience, if you do not book the Fantasmic dinner package, it's best to show up to queue up for the show about an hour before, as the line can get pretty long the closer you get to show time.  I also like to allow at least an hour travel time to get from a restaurant or resort into a theme park.  It may not take that long, but it's better to plan for it, in case there's a delay for some reason. 

    If you get an advanced dining reservation at either Chef Mickey's or Trails End for five, I would say you should be fine to get to Fantasmic.  A reservation around six is a little close.  If you allow an hour to enjoy your meal, and it takes an hour to get into Disney's Hollywood Studios after your meal, that only gets you to the Fantasmic line with about 30 minutes to spare.  You may find it a bit crowded - especially during the peak summer travel season.
