I am plannig a trip for 6, 21 year old females. We would like to stay in one room in a deluxe resort what is the best resort/the cheapest resort for us to stay at?

Unfortunately, there is no one-room deluxe resort situation that would accommodate six adults. The largest possible number of adults in a single deluxe room is five.

There are however, other upscale accommodations that would work for your group. I am specifically thinking of the villa-style accommodations at Bay Lake Tower, the Beach Club, Boardwalk, Wilderness Lodge or Animal Kingdom Lodge. The two-bedroom villas have at least two (and sometimes three) bathrooms, which could be a great help with so many young women sharing a space. Plus, there are more sleep surfaces, so fewer people have to share beds.

If you need to economize a bit more, six adults could stay at a Fort Wilderness Cabin or in the Family Suites at the All Star Music resort.

There are also suites at some of the deluxe resorts that would be able to fit your group in one room.

You can read more about these options on the WDW website HERE.
