Franklin from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

The Planner allowed me to get a reservation, so I'm assuming that I have at least 4 good cards. 2 are new, complimentary cards, 2 are from a previous purchase, but I have five cards and don't know which ones are good. How can I check them?

    Hiya, Franklin! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so excited to hear that you're planning to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth soon! You're sure to find magic around every corner with The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration in full swing. Make sure to check out the Beacons of Magic in each of the parks, and add a sweet touch to your day with some celebratory food offerings!

Franklin, my best piece of advice would be to reach out to a Cast Member who specializes in Existing Tickets by calling (407) 934-7639. They will be able to help you understand what types of theme park tickets you have and can link them to your My Disney Experience account. I would recommend having as much information as you can handy, including the confirmation numbers for your tickets. This will help the Cast Member quickly locate your information! You'll also want to make sure to reserve your Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system, which a Cast Member will be able to help you with if you like. If you do decide to call, I'd try calling as soon as you're able to. And just a tip: have a little extra patience! Cast Members work hard to make every Guest's day the BEST. DAY. EVER! I'm sure a friendly voice and some extra kindness will be warmly welcomed.

You can also see if you're able to view any theme park tickets that are currently linked to your My Disney Experience account. Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle to Tickets & Memory Maker. Here, you'll be able to see any tickets linked to your account and which Guests they're associated with. If you have the confirmation numbers but they're not linked to your account, you're welcome to connect them by visiting the Link Reservations and Purchases page! Again, you'll want to make sure to make your Theme Park Reservations with the Disney Park Pass system as soon as possible. When taking a peek at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, I see that many parks are getting booked up!

Once you've linked your tickets to your My Disney Experience account, it's time to put some finishing touches on your vacation! Take some time to download and explore everything that the My Disney Experience app has to offer. You'll be able to view park maps, check wait times for attractions, and you'll even be able to mobile order food. This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!

I hope I was able to help you with your question today, Franklin. If anything else pops up, please visit us again! Remember - you've got a friend in me.

    See ya real soon!
