    We just planned a WDW trip for July26 - 30 . I was wondering if there are disney characters at the waterparks and will they be able to take photos and sign autographs ?

    Hi Kelvin,

    My family and I have seen characters at the water parks several times and they were able to sign autographs and be photographed. We saw Goofy and Pluto and both times they had a photo pass photographer with them but you could take your own photos too. They were walking round the park rather than being in one set place so I would advise you to ask a Cast Member (Disney employee) to find out if any characters will be there during your visit and where they'll be!
