    We planned our vacation around the skyliner. Will it reopen before Oct. 17?

    Hi, Tracy! The start of your magical vacation is so close! Now more than ever is a great time to visit Walt Disney World Resort. There are so many new adventures just waiting for you and your family. I visited the Resort a couple of weeks ago with several of my fellow panelists to experience some of these new offerings, including the Disney Skyliner. We had some pretty spectacular views as we glided from Disney's Hollywood Studios to Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. My favorite part of the trip was on the way to Epcot. What a great vantage point to view my favorite park!

    I do have some updates to share with you this morning. The dream that your heart wished just may have done the trick! If you open your My Disney Experience mobile app and do a search for the Disney Skyliner, you may find a notification that it is back up and running this morning. The notification does share that there will be system updates during your trip dates that will result in modified operating hours. From October 17 to 18, all Disney Skyliner routes will operate from 1:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The notification does not mention dates beyond this point and please understand that this schedule is subject to change at any time. I recommend you keep an eye on the My Disney Experience mobile app to check for updates during the remainder of your trip.
