We have planned our trip for the last week in October because it was in the Best Times to Visit. My question is - Why is that date not in the Value Season?

    Hi Ann,

The last week of October is a wonderful time to visit the Walt Disney World Resorts. I say this because the weather is cooler and crowds are fewer. However, there are even slower periods to visit the World including between Thanksgiving and Christmas and after the Holidays are finished in January.

October is when the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival is held. This event will allow your family to taste even more delicious foods from around the world. Also, Mickey will be holding his Not So Scary Halloween Party during this time so the park will have guests coming in for this fun event.

I still think it is a great time to go and a good value. I know if I could visit when you are, I would!
