Hiya, Rick! Welcome to planDisney!
Oh boy! I'm so excited to hear that your trip to
The Most Magical Place on Earth is only a few days away! Your daughter must be feeling a bit like Cinderella waiting for the clock to strike midnight. I'd love to help you put the finishing touches on your magical vacation!
It sounds like you've separately purchased a Theme Park Ticket that you'd like to add for yourself and your daughter but you're having difficulty creating another Theme Park Reservation using the
Disney Park Pass system. Let's take a few steps to see if we can do the "next right thing," as my pal Anna says!
First, let's make sure that your ticket is linked to your account! Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click
My Plans. Scroll past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to "Tickets & Memory Maker." Make sure that you can view all of your tickets and the Guests that they should be linked to. If everything looks good, try to make your Disney Park Pass reservation one more time! As Fairy Godmother says, "even miracles take a little time." Sometimes technology just needs a little more time to sync with your My Disney Experience Account!
However, if you don't see this single Theme Park Ticket listed on your "Tickets & Memory Maker" page, Hakuna Matata! No worries! You can just link it using the
Link Reservations and Purchases page, then go ahead and make your
Disney Park Pass reservation. By looking at the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar, most parks are pretty full as we head into the spring season! Your tickets with the
Park Hopper Option will be a great option since you can hop after 2:00 PM and visit multiple parks on the same day.
If you run into any issues with the above steps, I'd recommend reaching out to a Cast Member. They will be more than happy to help you with your reservations and make sure everything is good to go prior to your trip! If you do decide to
call a Cast Member, I have two tips for you. First, try calling right at 7:00 AM EST when phone lines open. This will help you to have the lowest wait times. Second, pack a little extra patience! Cast Members work hard to make every Guest's day the BEST. DAY. EVER! Since their type of magic has recently been in high demand, I'm sure a friendly voice and some extra kindness will be warmly welcomed.
Prior to your visit, I'd also recommend taking some time to download and explore the
My Disney Experience app! This app will help you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer and will make your vacation that much more magical. You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even
mobile order food! I love being able to plan when I'd like my meals and snacks to be ready before I ever feel a rumbly in my tumbly.
I hope I was able to help you today, Rick! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. Remember - you've got a friend in me!
See ya real soon!
