Hi! So I just planned to go to Disney world Sunday and it’s my first time. How do I know Where to park? And enter Disney? And also when I tried to verify that I’m from FL it couldn’t verify me, so at the park do I go to the will call and show them our IDs?

Welcome to planDisney, Jaqueline! I’m so excited for you! You are going to have an incredible time during your first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

When it comes to driving to the theme parks, as soon as you get to the entrance of the theme park, you will be greeted by a Cast Member to pay your parking fee. If you are a guest at a Disney Resort Collection hotel, be sure to tell the Cast Member, because standard parking is complimentary for guests!

To verify your Florida Resident theme park tickets, head to a ticket window to show your Proof of Florida Residency. Once you do, you will be ready to head to the park entrance and enjoy your magical day!

Before your visit, I recommend downloading the My Disney Experience app. It’s a great tool because you can link all of your vacation information to it. It also lists attraction wait times, theme park hours and you can even place Mobile Orders at quick service restaurants with it!

Jaqueline, I hope this information is helpful. Don’t hesitate to come back to visit us if you have any more planning questions.

    Have a magical visit!
