We have planned our first trip for the first week of February! Yeah! What would be a better choice...breakfast @ Cinderella's or catching the princesses' out and about? Our five year old is very into princesses I'd hate to dissapoint...

For a five year old who is very into princesses, I would actually recommend doing both. When my girls were that age, they needed a princess fix just about every day. We would often dine at both Cinderella's Royal Table and the princess meal at the Norway pavilion in Epcot. In addition to this, we would go to Toontown and stand in line to meet the princesses at the Toontown Hall of Fame and at various other locations in the parks. If it works out for you to book on the princess meals, I would certainly do that because you get some real quality time with the princesses here, plus yummy food. But if princess dining doesn't fit your schedule or your budget, you can find most of the princesses in the parks, it just might take a bit more legwork.
