I planned to bring my family to Disneyland park and Disneyland California Adventure on July 28-29, 2025; however, I do not see any available days and after July 24. Are the parks closed or are the dates blocked off for a reason?

    Hi Majorie!

Welcome to planDisney. Bringing your family to the Disneyland Resort for a few days this summer sounds like such a magical plan. I’m happy to help you get everything sorted for your upcoming visit!

I took a look at the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar on the Disneyland website, and I’m happy to report that reservations are currently open for all ticket types, including 1 Park Per Day, Park Hopper, and the Disneyland Anniversary Ticket Offer, for dates after July 24th, as well as July 28th and 29th. Since park tickets are typically released up to 180 days in advance (though that’s always subject to change), it’s possible those dates simply weren’t available yet when you first checked. If you’re ready to purchase your tickets, I’d recommend doing so as soon as possible to lock in your preferred dates.

I also checked the Magic Key Park Reservation Availability Calendar, and there are a few key differences to note. If you hold the Inspire or Believe Key, you’ll find park reservations available for those late July dates. However, Enchant and Imagine Key holders currently have blockouts during that period. As of now, Enchant Key holders will be able to book reservations starting August 6th, while Imagine Key holders can begin making reservations on August 11th. It’s always a good idea to double-check the Magic Key Calendar before finalizing your plans, just in case availability shifts.

And speaking of planning magic, earlier I mentioned the Disneyland Anniversary Ticket Offer, which is a fantastic deal available to all Guests visiting between now and August 14th! You can grab a 3-Day, 1-Park Per Day Ticket for $120 per day or a 4-Day version for just $100 per day (prices subject to change). You can also upgrade these tickets to include Park Hopper access or Lightning Lane Multi Pass for an additional fee. One of my favorite features of this offer? You don’t need to use all your ticketed days consecutively, which gives you the flexibility to rest, recharge, or explore the Downtown Disney District in between park days.

Majorie, I hope this helps as you plan your summer getaway! If any more questions pop up along the way, we’re always here at planDisney and delighted to assist.

    Wishing you a wonderful visit,
    David
