    We are planing on visiting in December, and hoping free dining is available. If we choose to stay at the All Stars Resort, I know it is typically a quick service dining plan for free, but would I be able to upgrade and pay the difference? Thanks!!

    I don't know if free dining will be available in December this year. I highly recommend keeping an eye on the Special Offers page to see if any new free dining opportunities come up. In my experience in the past, I was able to create a Magic Your Way Vacation Package at Walt Disney World Resort that included free Quick Service Dining Plan. When I called the Disney Resorts Hotel Reservation line, I was able to pay a little extra to turn it into a full Disney Dining Plan.
