    Planing a trip to WDW for next year for our son's fifth and golden birthday, is can we start paying for the trip as soon as the summer rates for nedxt year come out (payment plan type of thing besides 200 deposit) in advance ?

    Yes, once the rates for next year are released, you will be able to book your Walt Disney World vacation and begin paying on it.
