Hello, Kassandra, and welcome to planDisney!
Disney is strongly encouraging Guests to use
Online Check-In to aid in social distancing efforts and avoid delays. When you're able to complete your online check-in, you can indicate an early arrival time. While early check-in is not guaranteed, selecting an early arrival time tells the Cast Members that you're eager to get into your room.
I love using Online Check-In when our family visits Walt Disney World. You can complete the online check-in process on
disneyworld.com or with the
My Disney Experience app. Remember to bring your MagicBand with you or set up the
Unlock Door feature on your smartphone. When your room is ready you'll be able to go directly to it!
Many Guests have been coming to the Panel to ask us about the return of the ever-popular
Disney dining plan. At this time, we are not aware of when dining plans will return. I always recommend keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and on
Disney's social media accounts for official announcements and updates. While dining plans are not available at this time, all Guests are able to
make dining reservations online up to 60 days in advance.
Kassandra,
please let me know if I can help you with any other questions as you plan for your visit to Walt Disney World Resort next year.
Have a magical day!
Bob
