We are planing to go to Mickey's Not so Scary in Sept. Are the rides open durning this event

They sure are! In fact, this is an excellent time to ride the ones that typically have long lines, as the crowds are smaller and waits are shorter. We make it a special point to visit the Tomorrowland Speedway, Astro Orbiter, Dumbo, Winnie the Pooh, and Peter Pan rides while there for the party, because they can get long lines during the day!

Some of the rides are just more fun at night, too - the Jungle Cruise in particular is better to ride at night.

And the later you stay, the shorter the lines will be! Definitely stay until midnight if you can - you won't regret it!
