    hi, we are planing to go on our first disney cruise next year and i was wondering if we can book a special dinner with our sons favorite character.

    I'm thrilled to hear you are planning your first voyage aboard Disney Cruise Line! It is sure to be a vacation filled with magic and pixie dust!
    Currently, Disney Cruise Line does not offer any character dinners.  The closet experience you will find is a character breakfast which is on the Disney Magic and Wonder seven-night or longer sailings.  My family was just on the Magic, and our breakfast included Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip, and Dale.  If you weren't considering the Magic or Wonder for your sailing, you will be happy to know that there are many character "Meet & Greet" opportunities onboard each ship.  My family never has a hard time getting a priceless photo or autograph when we sail.  The lines are very manageable as well!
