MagicBand+; I know it can be frustrating, but the good news is that it can and will be resolved in no time. First, be sure to check that everyone at your party is added to your
Family & Friends List. Next, if you select your “Resort Hotel” in your
My Disney Experience mobile app, scroll down until you see “Choose MagicBands,” click and proceed through the process. If you are still unable to see the option, I recommend calling 407-934-7639 to speak with a Cast Member who will be able to assist you.
