Hi, Robert!
Planning a
Walt Disney World vacation can be overwhelming, but all the tools you need are right at your fingertips. And while bringing the whole gang with you may be a challenge, we can point you in the right direction.
There is a huge variety when it comes to the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels, and you can find something for just about everyone. You'll find
Value Resorts with larger than life theming for up to four guests per room all the way up to
Deluxe Villas that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Because you are a party of 16, you'll book your rooms individually. If you all stay at the same resort,
you can call to request to be in the same vicinity. While they can't guarantee that, I promise you that they do try.
If it ends up, Robert, that your party opts for different resorts, no worry about staying together. The
Resort and Theme Park Transportation will help get everyone where they need to go. You'll be able to pick a meeting spot, and everyone can use transportation from their resort to get there.
There are two ways to handle dining. At exactly 60 days prior to your arrival, call Dining Reservations at 407-939-3463 at 7 AM when they open. A cast member can help you make reservations. Alternatively, you can book them yourself through the
dining reservation page on the website, or using your
My Disney Experience app. You may need to book separate tables, but you can ask to be seated together at check-in.
Good luck, Robert, and happy planning!
Anna
