I plan on visiting Disney this fall. I have two 11 yr olds who do not eat anything but french fries and fruit. Can I book them as 9 yr olds to save from wasting money on adult dining plans? During our last visit we checked in and our cards were given to us

Hi Andrew! Thanks for the question! I hear you on the picky eater front! Unfortunately the Disney Dining Plan is based on age and not what they will order. Even at 12, my daughter will sometimes order from the kids menu, and they will give her a larger portion. The dining plan does provide kids with an excellent opportunity to experiment and try new things. And don't be shy to ask for substututions, such as fries or fruit instead of rice, or to ask for sauces on the side.

    Hope this helps Andrew!
