Welcome to planDisney, Amanda!
Thanks for stopping by with your excellent question for us.
You must be thrilled to be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth while it’s decked out to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year! The
holidays at Walt Disney World Resort are absolutely magical; you’ll love seeing each theme park embrace the holiday festivities in their own unique ways!
Amanda, typically, you’ll find park hours to be added to the
Operating Hours Calendar 60 days out. Although the calendar isn’t yet showing the hours, I’m happy to tell you that it is very rare for all four theme parks to close early on the same day. Suppose Magic Kingdom Park is closing early for a special ticketed event like
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. In that case, if you have the Park Hopper Option on your theme park ticket, you can leave for another theme park that is still open.
I like to check the event dates for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. Because I know Magic Kingdom Park is closing earlier on those nights, it helps me decide whether I should visit Magic Kingdom Park in the morning and then hop to another park later in the evening or if I should just spend the day at another theme park.
I especially love being able to head to EPCOT during this time because you’ll find the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays in full festivity mode! My favorite activity is tasting my way around the
Holiday Kitchens; I love delighting in heartwarming culinary traditions from countries worldwide!
Wishing you an enchanting visit, Amanda!
