Marco,
Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!
I recently enjoyed an amazing lunch at Sanaa with my daughter, and the food and the views were both fantastic! Dining with a zebra is hard to beat. Boma is a great destination as well, so either way you are going to have a wonderful time. Basically, visiting
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is always a good decision!
Sanaa is open for breakfast, but it is not a standard table service meal like the ones offered at lunch and dinner. For breakfast it is a quick service option, like many of the food courts at the different resorts. The menu includes full breakfasts, not just an assortment collection of grab-and-go options, so don't discount it. It also has some African and Indian-inspired options, which always appeal to me. Most importantly, the views of the savanna are hard to beat. Animals can be just a few meters away, at eye level from your table.
Boma, on the other hand, is one of the best buffet breakfasts at Walt Disney World. While there are no real views out the window of a savanna, it still has a wonderful theme that makes you feel as if you are getting ready to head out on a safari!
Because my family tends to be lighter eaters at breakfast and would be going more for the view than the food, we would opt for Sanaa. But if the food was the more important consideration, then Boma would be the way to go.
BONUS TIPMake sure that with either breakfast choice, you visit the open-air viewing areas of the resort savannas. You will see many different animals, and often you will find information about the hotel "residents".
