Hello Scott, and welcome to planDisney.
During the reopening period of Walt Disney World resort, the
Disney Park Pass system was implemented to manage theme park attendance. At this time, all Guests ages 3 and up will need both a Disney Park Pass reservation and a valid
admission ticket in order to enter a theme park.
Currently, the interactive ticket calendar is set up so that if no Disney Park Pass reservations are available for a specific date, tickets cannot be purchased online for that date. The situation is the same for tickets purchased in person -- if no Disney Park Pass reservations are available, tickets will not be available for purchase.
I know that is probably not the news you were hoping to hear. I recommend taking a look at the
theme park reservation availability calendar and selecting available dates that will work with your schedule. Once you have purchased your tickets and
linked them to your
My Disney Experience account, make your Disney Park Pass reservations immediately afterward. Theme park reservations are limited, and availability can change at any time.
