How do I plan a vacation for 20 people for a 21st birthday celebration?

Hello there, Cambree! Greetings from everyone here at planDisney! We are so excited that you took the time to reach out and allow us to help you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort!

Such a monumental occasion as a 21st birthday requires an extra special celebration! Personally, I don’t think there’s any better place for such a party than Walt Disney World Resort!

It can be quite an undertaking to plan a vacation with a larger party but, fortunately, there are some specific resources available for such visits to Walt Disney World Resort! In the event that you will need at least ten guest rooms during your stay, you may utilize the Disney Group Getaways resource when planning your visit. Cast Members within this specific group specialize in planning personalized vacations for large parties including special room rates within the Disney Resort Collection, complimentary resort transportation, booking catered events, and so much more!

If you need less than ten guest rooms during your stay, you may reach out to the Disney Reservation Center to speak with a Cast Member about reserving your vacation or you can book your accommodations yourself online. There are quite a few Disney Resort hotels that allow five or more Guests to stay in a single room if your party is interested in reserving fewer rooms as well. These include the family suites at both Disney’s All-Star Music Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort as well as the Deluxe Villas that include multi-room suites.

If you are interested in adding on some additional birthday magic, I highly recommend checking out the Enchanting Extras Collection! This is a list of extra offerings that can pixie dust any special occasion. Since there are so many different types of extras available, there’s something for just about every Guest and their specific interests!

Best of luck continuing to plan for your birthday bash at Walt Disney World Resort! Be sure to let us know if we can answer any additional questions for you!
