Waving hello to you Elva Christina!
Thanks for sailing by planDisney with your question. I can't think of a better way to celebrate Mother's Day or Father's Day than with a few relaxing days at sea. I think I'll have to keep this idea in my back pocket for next year's celebrations!
There are a number of factors to consider when planning a
Disney Cruise Line vacation. Pricing will vary based on the length of your voyage, particular itinerary, and the type of Stateroom selected. You can search for cruises that best fit your budget and travel dates by visiting Disney Cruise Line and searching through the "Explore Destinations" header at the top of the screen. At this time itineraries are available through September 2024, with booking open to the general public for the
newest itineraries on March 30th.
If you are hoping to sail this year I can certainly try to steer you in the right direction. It looks like you are based in California, so if you're planning to embark from a west coast port you might consider a
3-night or 4-night Baja Cruise from San Diego on
Disney Wonder in May. Pricing will typically be lowest for an Interior Stateroom and increase as you select rooms from the Oceanview, Verandah, or Concierge categories. I personally love a Verandah Stateroom so we can soak up the ocean breezes and admire the beautiful sunsets from our own private space.
If you're looking for a longer voyage there are some amazing 7-night
Alaskan Cruises from Vancouver embarking in June on Disney Wonder. The pricing will be higher for these, but you'll also be getting more days onboard. You may also want to consider one of the number of sailings from
Port Canaveral that include a stop at
Disney Castaway Cay. This private island oasis is one of my very favorite places to visit. In fact, I'll be sailing there again with my family aboard
Disney Wish in just a few short weeks!
I'd recommend exploring all the itineraries online to see what best suits your needs. You can also
contact a Disney Cruise Line Cast Member by phone for any questions or assistance with booking your magical vacation at sea.
