Hi! I want to plan a trip with a running excuse ;) I'm traveling from Argentina, so I might have to plan ahead, like for next November. Is the Wine and Dine compatible with Christmas on 2018?

    Hi Gabriela!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I absolutely love the timing of Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend because you can catch the tail end of Halloween celebrations plus the very beginning of Christmastime at Walt Disney World Resort!

For 2018, Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend will be from November 1st through the 4th. Many people see the unofficial kickoff of the holiday season as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, but you'll certainly see some decor up before that. This past year, the very first Mickey Very Merry Christmas Party happened on November 9th and you can expect 2018 dates to be released in late spring/early summer. Depending on how long your visit is, you'll certainly see touches of holiday cheer popping up all around! First most likely at Magic Kingdom, with later decor at the other parks and lastly the Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

I hope you thoroughly enjoy your runcation! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
