Hi Mindy!
My heart filled with joy thinking about your son experiencing the fireworks at the most magical place on earth! When you see his little face light up as the fireworks explode in the sky, you will be flooded with emotions and will remember that special moment for a lifetime.
Mindy, you will be happy to hear that you can absolutely leave the park midday and go back at night. In fact, one of my favorite things to do is wake up early and arrive at the parks upon rope drop. This allows me to experience the attractions with fewer crowds. I then go back to my
Walt Disney World Resort Hotel at midday and go to the pool, relax, and take it easy. I recharge and go back to the park at night for the
fireworks and nighttime entertainment.
Harmonious at
EPCOT is incredible. The show brings Disney movies to life with music, lights, lasers, and fireworks on the water. Consider booking the
Rose & Crown Fireworks Dining Package for an amazing view.
Disney Enchantment at
Disney's Magic Kingdom is also incredible! Your little guy will love watching
Cinderella Castle come to life!
You may also find this
Planning for Preschool & Little Ones Guide helpful as you plan your trip. There is some great information about visiting the parks with little ones.
When you arrive, make sure to ask for a celebration button so your little guy will hear happy birthday greetings all day long! You can also make an advanced dining reservation at a character dining experience, such as
Chef Mickey's, to celebrate his birthday. Make a note on the reservation that you are celebrating his birthday, he may even receive a special treat!
I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
