    I plan on taking my girls next year in the beginning of december to WDW, this year they had the free dining, do you know if they will have that next year as well.

    Promotions for next winter have not yet been announced. Disney typically will announce promotions six or seven months in advance. I would start checking back in the late spring or early summer to see if their have been promotions added for December 2010.
