    We plan to stay at the Art of Animation resort August 2020. I have seen mixed reviews on the tolietries provided. From my understanding the rooms have been renovated. Is Shampoo and body provided in the room? If so, does mousekeeping replenish it?

    I am sure that you are absolutely thrilled about your upcoming stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort. The theming of this resort makes it one of my family's absolute favorites as my little ones love to pose with the statues of their favorite characters and visit Nemo and friends in the Big Blue Pool. 

    Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all amenities that are included in your room, along with bar hand soap. While housekeeping will replace these amenities, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are large bottles that are affixed to the shower, so they will most likely last you the length of stay. 

    Kara, have you heard about Disney's Service Your Way Program? If you are like me and have your do-not-disturb sign on your door from the time that you check-in to the time you check-out, you can earn a $10 digital Disney gift card for each night of your stay that you forgo housekeeping, minus the first night. If you are interested in the Service Your Way Program, you can opt-in either during online resort check-in or at the front desk of your resort. Please note that the exact details of the offer are subject to change.
