    We plan to split our time on Dec 16th between HS and EP. Will there be places to get a table service meal without making a reservation? Trying not to have a set schedule that day.

    Hi, Allison!  I have to tell you, there are times in the past when I would have said there were plenty of restaurants at EPCOT, and you surely would find something last minute at a table service location.  Now, while there are still plenty of restaurants at EPCOT, December 16th falls during the free dining period, and restaurants will book very quickly.

    My recommendation to you is to go ahead and book something where you think you might want to eat at a time you think you'll be there, and then cancel if you need to.  You might make a reservation for two different times, so you have some flexibility, just remember to cancel the one you are not going to use so someone else can benefit from a last minute table!

    If you are going to go without a reservation, I've had some luck getting a table at Restaurant Marrakesh at the last minute, as well as at the Rose and Crown.  Mind you, these were not during free dining, but they were definitely last minute, walk up to the podium, pray they have a seat type situations.
