We plan to spend Thanksgiving, 11/24- 11/28 2009, in Disney World. I'm coming with my husband along with my sons who are 5 and 3. Which theme park would be best for us to attend.

    Hi Sherry,

We love spending the holidays at Disney World and Thanksgiving is one of our favorite. You will be able to enjoy the gorgeous Christmas decorations and a numberĀ of the holiday happenings over the weekend.

The parks will be quite crowded over the holiday weekend, so make sure you make your advance dining reservations at 407-939-3463, ninety days in advance. Given the high crowds, the easiest park to move around will be Epcot. Epcot has the largest amount of space for guests and because the attractions and shows are spread out over a large area of land, the crowds will not seem nearly as large. Now having said that, personally I just have to be at Magic Kingdom for part of the day.

Magic Kingdom, is the most recognized park of the four and often is the most crowded. Our favorite thing to do is head to Magic Kingdom early in the morning for a few hours. We like to enjoy a few of our favorite attractions and lunch at Liberty Tree Tavern. Once the crowds begin to increase, we hop over to Epcot for the remainder of the day and dinner.

Wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday!
