    Hi! We plan to spend a lazy afternoon or 2 at the pool at the Beach Club or at the Boardwalk during our visit in June. What do you suggest as a fun afternoon cocktail and as a non-alcoholic drink (for the kiddos) while I'm getting my lazy on?

    Hi Anne,

    I don't truly feel like I'm vacation until I'm lounging by the pool with a cold drink in my hand, so I love your question!  One unique concoction that I can recommend is the Moscato Colada, which is a sweet, frozen mix of grape vodka, blue curaçao and piña colada mix, then topped with a pineapple slice.  Best of all, this particular drink is currently on the menu at both Hurricane Hanna's Waterside Bar and Grill at Disney's Beach Club Resort and at Leaping Horse Libations at Disney's BoardWalk Inn, so you’ll be getting your “lazy on” in no time!  

    Since the kids won't want to be left out of the frozen-drink fun, there are also some non-alcoholic menu options available at the poolside bars.  My kids like the piña colada and raspberry puree combination in the Lava Smoothie.
