    I want to plan a special evening to celebrate our 15th anniversary. If we want to watch the Wishes fireworks from our table at the California Grill what time should we make our reservation? Should I make it 60 minutes before the fireworks begin? 90? Thanks

    WOW! What a great anniversary celebration! The California Grill is a wonderful spot to have your meal and a romantic moment!

    I'd suggest making your reservation for about an hour before Wishes is set to begin. This should give you plenty of time to be seated, and perhaps enjoy an appetizer (or maybe your meal if you're skipping the appetizers) before the show starts. Most often, your wait staff will ask if you plan to enjoy the show from your table or if you'll be heading out to the balcony for the show. If you elect to enjoy the show outdoors, your entrees should be timed so that you'll be able to do so without sacrificing the quality of your meal.
