We plan to use some of our snack credits for the Food & Wine. My kids like to snack and not sure if we will have enough snack credits. Should we save the credits for other snacks and pay out of pocket for the food & Wine or vice versa? Thx

    Hi Amber,

Using your snacks credits to try the delicious treats at Epcot's International Food & Wine Festival. Snacks on the Dining Plan at Walt Disney World Resorts are clearly marked. In general, they are any food or drink under $4.

You will receive one snack credit per person per day. You can use these credits any way you would like during your stay.

Since you say your children are snackers, you can manage this and still have credits to try snacks at the Food & Wine Festival. Some meals may give you an option for fries or a fruit. You can save the fruit for later in the day. In addition, you can take out your desserts as well. You can also bring snacks into the parks with you. I generally have crackers or granola bars to eat as you never know when hunger might strike especially waiting on line.

Finally, you could save your snack options for higher priced items or food only items since you can use the snack option for drinks as well. You can receive a free cup of water at most food locations. I sometimes bring a bottle water with me to the parks.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
