I plan to reserve tickets to the Princess & Anna and Elsa Meet & Greet. To avoid conflicts can you tell me when these take place? I was unable to get info from old online navigators.

Welcome aboard, Jennifer! You must have a little princess or two who are looking forward to meeting their favorite Frozen friends when you set sail with Disney Cruise Line!

You'll be happy to hear that Disney has just started allowing guests to pre-book certain meet and greets during their online check-in. If you're a first time cruiser with Disney, you can begin this process 75 days prior to setting sail. Castaway Club members who have sailed with Disney before can begin online check-in 90 or more days (depending on Castaway Club level) prior to setting sail. Be sure to log in right away when your online check-in begins and see if there are meet and greet pre-booking opportunities available. Recently, the Frozen Meet and Greet and the Princess Gathering were available on certain sailings for pre-booking.

I can't give you specifics on what dates and times these greetings take place on your cruise, as they vary by ship and by sailing, but once your online check-in window opens, you'll get more specifics for your itinerary.

If you cannot book this online prior to sailing, be sure to stop by Guest Services right as you board the ship to see if any extra tickets for this event are available and to find out times.

    Have fun planning, Jennifer!
