    Is there a way to do the plan on the phone?

    Hiya Elizabeth! Welcome to planDisney, and thank you for sending us your question today. We are Disney guests just like you, and we love to help others plan the most magical vacation possible!

    I'm not sure if you are looking for a way to add a Disney Dining Plan to your vacation package? (That's always a terrific idea, in my opinion!) Or perhaps you are looking for assistance in reserving your Disney vacation, or making payments. Either way... there are always friendly Cast Members that are happy to help with anything you need.

    I've got a few options for you:

    • You can absolutely call on the phone for assistance. Here's a handy list of some of the Disney Helpline Phone numbers. They have dedicated lines for resort reservations, dining, tours, and more.
    • The Disney website has a really handy online chat feature that may be worth a try? This option is often very quick and helpful. Just go to the Walt Disney World Contact Us page with the Jiminy Cricket mascot, and look for the "Help" tab along the right edge to start a chat with a live Cast Member.
    • And last but not least... you are welcome to send planDisney a question any time! We are happy to share tips, advice, and answers. And if we don't know - we'll research and find out for you! If you can share a few more details with your next question, we'll be even better able to assist with a customized response.
