    plan on going to MNSSHP on 10/16/11 with a prepurchased party ticket. Have a dinner reservation at EPCOT Biergarten at 5:20. IF I arrive after 7:00pm at Magic kingdom will I still be admitted to party. Thanks

    Hi, Thomas! You will be admitted to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, even if you arrive after the 7:00 start time. Cast Members will greet you with a "Boo-to-You," give you your trick-or-treat bag, and send you off for a howling good time!  Happy Haunting!
