We plan to be at magic kingdom on a day the not so scary Halloween party is happening; do we need to buy the Halloween ticket too? The event starts at seven, will be we asked to leave the park for the event of we don’t have an event ticket?

Boo to You, Megan! Welcome to planDisney, we're "frightfully delighted" you stopped by with your question today!

To participate in all of the eerie delights at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, you will need a ticket specifically for this event. A theme park ticket will give you admission to all the daytime magic at Disney's Magic Kingdom Park, but Guests without a Halloween Party ticket cannot participate in the evening. As of today, tickets are still available on the Walt Disney World Resort website for the week you are visiting. There are 999 Happy Haunts, and there is always room for one more!

If you want to participate in this year's frightful festivities, start purchasing your costumes, and get your treat bags ready! There are several trails to trick-or-treat on at this event, and you can expect to see many of your favorite Villains throughout the evening. Say ¡hola! to Mirabel and Bruno at Fairytale Garden, and enjoy singing along at Mickey's Boo-To-You Halloween Parade! The youngest Mousketeers will have fun jamming along at the Disney Junior Jam party with Vampirina, and guests of all ages will enjoy the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular.

Megan, I hope you found all of this information helpful! Have a spelltacular visit to Walt Disney World!

    Happy Hauntings!
