Hi Stephen, welcome home and welcome to planDisney! Wow! A family reunion with 30 of your closest family members by your side. You sure are blessed! Let’s talk about putting a roof over all their heads with some
Disney Vacation Club villas!
So long as you have a sufficient amount of Vacation Points, you’ll be able to book 15 studio villas if they’re available. That can be done easily (though you’ll have to book each villa individually) through the
DVC website or through a call to
Member Services. The key here though is availability. Given that we’re currently 6 months out from your anticipated check-in, availability for that many studios (whether at one DVC Resort or across several) will be tough.
I’m not quite sure which days and how many days you’re looking for, so I’m not certain about what’s exactly available. But here’s a couple of suggestions for you! First, if you’re considering a weekend trip, you may want to pick either of the last two weekends. This avoids some of the unavailability of studios that may occur due to the
Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend or the federal holiday. Second, you’ll want to consider Resorts like
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa and
Disney’s Old Key West Resort. They are among the biggest, so you’ll maximize your ability to stay at one Resort (or at the very least close by!). Finally, you may want to consider bigger villas such as a 2-bedroom villa or even a 3-bedroom grand villa! Availability for these types of rooms is generally better since many DVC Members prefer studio villas. Having a grand villa might be a great gathering point for your huge family as well! You’ll certainly have the space and
amenities such as a full kitchen and large dining table to entertain!
Stephen, wishing you all the pixie dust that you’re able to accommodate your entire family. They’re lucky to have you! If you have any further questions, feel free to
reach out to me and my fellow panelists here at planDisney!
Your pal,
Sean
