Be Our Guest Restaurant is such an incredible space, so I can see why you chose it for your special day. When you get to the restaurant, mention your plans to a Cast Member at check-in and request to be seated in the Grand Ballroom. While it’s not guaranteed, they'll do their best to grant your wish!
Now let’s chat about capturing this special moment! There aren’t typically any
PhotoPass photographers inside Be Our Guest Restaurant, but I would talk to your server about your engagement plans (perhaps when your significant other visits the bathroom!). Your server, or another Cast Member, may be able to take photos with your phone or camera. If it works with your plans, I'd recommend booking the earliest reservation time available (currently 11:00 a.m.) so the restaurant is less busy.
Another option for pictures would be to book a
Magic Kingdom Capture Your Moment session for after your meal. This doesn’t include photos inside Be Our Guest Restaurant, but taking pictures around Fantasyland is one of the options. The sessions are 20 minutes long, and you can book two sessions if you’d like more time with the PhotoPass photographer. It would be a great way to commemorate your special day!

Magic Kingdom Park Premiere Portrait Session through Disney Fine Art Photography & Video for the future! One of their routes includes photos at the restaurant when it's closed for meals.
One last thing I wanted to mention before you go. After your engagement surprise, don’t forget to pick up complimentary celebration buttons at most gift shop check out areas and Disney resort hotel front desks. It's a great way to share your joy with Cast Members and fellow guests!
