I would like to plan a day to come to magic kingdom with my daughter and her father we will be in Florida visiting my dad can someone message me about dining and a day at magic kingdom

Hi there, Ashley! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and ask your wonderful Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

With the reopening of Walt Disney World Resort, Guests can finally return to the magic and begin making memories once more at “The Most Magical Place on Earth”! In order to prioritize Guest safety, there have been a few changes to keep in mind during your upcoming visit. These include enhanced cleaning procedures, temporary adjustments to promote physical distancing, modified experiences to reduce contact, and face coverings being required for all Guests ages two years and older.

Additionally, Guests will also need to make theme park reservations before they visit any of the four theme parks. These reservations may be made through the Disney Park Pass system as soon as you have purchased tickets and connected them to your My Disney Experience account. It is highly recommended that you check availability prior to purchasing tickets through the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar online, as well!

There are many different dining options available in the Magic Kingdom that range from counter service all the way to signature dining! Depending on the experience you and your daughter are interested in, you may want to look over which options are currently open and make advanced dining reservations at any table service location you would like to dine at.

The Magic Kingdom also has some of the most classic attractions and memorable experiences for all ages! Currently, there are a few different Character Cavalcades that take place throughout the day that allow Guests to view some of their favorite Disney Characters. If there are any specific attractions you are interested in experiencing during your visit, I do highly recommend arriving as soon as the theme park opens and getting in those “must-dos” at the beginning of the day. This is a great way to kickstart your adventures and guarantee you get to experience certain attractions!

I hope you and your daughter have a magical visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can answer any additional questions for you!
