I plan on coming March 29th-April 4th of this year. I am a little worried about spring break crowds. I will be traveling with my husband and my 3 1/2 year old daughter. What is your advice. Should I pick a different time to come?

    Tina,

You are right to be concerned about crowds around that time. They are pretty heavy, and can have a pretty significant impact on your vacation experience.

If you have the ability to visit at a different time of year, I strongly suggest the September/October time frame. School is back in session, so crowds are ideal. But the weather still is warm enough to let you feel like you are on a Florida vacation.

And having your daughter be a 1/2 year older than in your original travel period means she will be able to stay up later, have more endurance, and better appreciate and remember the experience!

Now if you can't change, don't despair. With four theme parks, two water parks, and all the other great stuff, the crowds have a lot of places to go, and you can still have a GREAT time. I just know that when you still have kids young enough to be able to choose what time of year you visit, you may as well do it!

    Have a Magical Vacation!
