I want to plan a camping trip in February to Fort Wilderness. What is the humidity like and is the weather good for tent camping? Thanks for all advice and information.

    Dear Maggie,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your great question about planning ahead for next year's Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

The weather is surprisingly variable in February at Walt Disney World Resort, so it is very challenging to say. I recommend that you start looking at historic weather for the dates that you are choosing. You could even start looking now.

I wouldn't mind tent camping at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort at that time of year at all, with the nice cool nights, but some people might be more sensitive to the cooler temperatures in the evenings and at night. The humidity is also quite variable, but certainly better than the high summer humidity.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
