Disneyland Resort Vacation Package is a great way to combine your stay with your admission tickets for increased value. Plus, Disneyland Resort Hotels offer convenient access to the parks, delicious dining options, and fun theming. Who doesn't love that? Our favorite is the Disneyland Hotel, an icon that's steps away from the Disneyland Monorail, which takes you directly into the heart of Tomorrowland with your admission ticket and theme park reservation. But they're all great options!
I'm sure your group is excited for the magic of your upcoming visit, so I understand some wanting to extend that fun by adding a day to a couple of the two-day tickets. The easiest way to upgrade a valid, eligible ticket is in the
Disneyland mobile app. This will also be a great tool for your park day. I'm happy to walk you through the process.
Tap the "My Tickets & Passes" tile on the home page of the app. If your tickets aren't yet linked, do so individually by selecting "Link Tickets & Passes." Once the tickets are linked, you should be able to scroll through them under the "My Tickets & Passes" tile. Select a ticket you'd like to modify. You'll be paying the difference to add an additional day to that ticket.
Please be aware that you can only add a day while there are existing days left on the
multi-day ticket. Making this change ahead of your visit will help ensure they can secure
theme park reservations for the additional day. Theme park reservations are still required at this time, and availability isn't guaranteed. They can fill up on popular days, so to avoid disappointment, adding a day as soon as possible is a great choice.
If you have any difficulty adding a day to the tickets in the app, please feel free to call the
Tickets phone line to speak to a friendly Cast Member. They're always happy to assist! Just have your ticket information and method of payment handy before you call. While credit and debit cards are accepted, you can also use a
Disney Gift Card if you happen to have one of those. I always request Disney Gift Cards at the holidays to put towards our next family trip!
