We plan on building Lightsabers and droids in Galaxy’s Edge, but the lockers are not big enough to hold either. Can they be sent to our resort room or is there somewhere we can check them while enjoying the rest of Hollywood Studios?

Bright Suns, Melody! You have certainly found your fellow Jedi here at planDisney. The Force is strong with you!

Soon you'll be traveling to a galaxy far, far away and will be landing on the planet Batuu in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. You'll want to refuel after your long journey, so be sure to make a pit stop for some galactic grub at Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo. Don't skip the Felucian Kefta and Hummus Garden Spread with a side of Moof Juice - trust me!

Melody, I hear you're looking to build your very own lightsaber from Savi's Workshop - Handbuilt Lightsabers and a little astromech friend from Droid Depot. You must truly be a part of the Resistance! Advance reservations for these activities are highly recommended, though a limited number of reservations may be available on the day of. If you don't have a reservation, I'd suggest heading that way earlier in the day to check for availability.

I completely understand wanting to hide your lightsaber and droid from the prying eyes of the First Order. You need to be on the lookout - stormtroopers are always patrolling the area! You are correct, the lockers aren't quite the right size for storing this kind of cargo, and Package Pickup Service and Resort Delivery are currently unavailable. But never fear! I have a few options for you that might work for your crew.

First, you have the option of mailing these items to your home planet of Earth. You can bring your cargo to Droid Depot or Dok Ondar's Den of Antiquities and they will help you securely package your items and ship them back home! You may also consider bringing your droid around Batuu and Black Spire Outpost in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge to see your little friend react and respond to the world around you. Both your droid and your lightsaber should come equipped with easy-to-carry bags. Last, I would see if you could try to make your reservation to build your lightsaber in the evening. Not only will this free your arms up during your trip during the day, but you'll have the ability to take some truly incredible pictures with your glowing lightsaber at night in front of Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run!

You'll want to also make sure that you make your Theme Park Reservations with the Disney Park Pass system. This is an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. And take some time to download and explore the My Disney Experience app, which will allow you to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and mobile order food! You may also want to download the Play Disney Parks app, which is a fun way to scan cargo, translate galactic writing, and even hack droids in the area!

While you're visiting Batuu, make sure you stop by for a refreshing blue and green milk from the Milk Stand. And be sure to send a transmission back to let us know which one you prefer! This is a heated debate that the citizens of Batuu have battled over for years and we need one more vote to break the tie.
