    Are there any places that can be walked to from the Pop Century Resort? On the map in our book, it looks close to HW Studios, but it is hard to tell! Thanks!

    Nice to hear from someone in Illinois! 

    Unfortunately there really isn't anywhere you can walk to from the Pop Century because it is only accessible by roads that do not have sidewalks, and many of the nearby roads have very fast moving traffic.  Fortunately the Disney bus system is very efficient at moving guests from the resorts to the parks and back again. 

    By the way, to be absolutely sure about the answer above, I used the AMAZING new 3D Google maps of WDW.  If you haven't checked it out yet, be sure to visit here for instructions to use this AMAZING (can't say that enough!) new planning tool.  In the Pop Century area I couldn't help but notice that you can even see all of the resort icons and buildings in 3D -- very very cool!!

    Even if you can't walk places, I'm sure you'll have a great stay at the Pop Century.  Be sure to try out the tie-dyed cheese cake.  It's, well, groovy!
