    I have placed a reservation in my shopping cart for our September/October trip. it is for the Art of Animation Finding Nemo Suite. when I go to add quick service dining to the booking it adds an additional charge. is the free dining not applicable here?

    Hi Ravella,

    The free dining promotion is not applied automatically. You must have access to promotion codes. Additionally, there are very specific blackout dates and dates by which the promotion must be claimed, as well as a limited number of free dining offers available at each resort.

    Without know your exact circumstances, it's difficult to know which issue you're encountering. My suggestion is to call Disney reservations directly at 407-W-DISNEY (407-934-7639) and discuss your plans with them. They'll be able to tell you if you qualify for free dining. If you do not qualify, they may be able to suggest other offers that can make your vacation more affordable. For example, there are often room rate discounts that actually end up being more cost effective than free dining.
