    I placed an order for the new magic bands July 27th for delivery to my home and still have not received them. I know it said 10 business days. How can I track the status of my bands? It only says it is in progress.

    It looks like you'll be headed to The Most Magical Place on Earth during the most wonderful time of year! When it comes to my vacations to Walt Disney World Resort, I love planning down to the last detail, including which MagicBand (or MagicBand+) will be just right for our trip!

    Carrie, I'm right there with you! I placed an order for a MagicBand and am also waiting to hear the shipping details. Once your MagicBand ships, you should receive an email with tracking information. You may also be able to see the status of your order if you log into your account, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My MagicBands and Cards. If you're still not seeing information that your MagicBand has shipped, you may want to call a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357. They'll be able to take a peek at your reservation and let you know of any next steps that may be available. I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust that your MagicBands quickly arrive!

    While you're putting the finishing touches on your magical vacation, don't forget about the seasonal offerings available to you! You'll be able to experience the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays (one of my favorite festivals!) and you may want to celebrate the season at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. With so much to see and do, you're sure to find magic waiting for you around every corner!
