Julianna, I also live in New Jersey and will be traveling the same time you will be, and my
MagicBand+ just arrived today in the southern part of the state. They have been a wee bit slow to get where they are going, but they are beginning to roll out for guests traveling to
Walt Disney World at the same time we are.
If your order is still listed as "In Progress" with only a few days to spare, it's time to
call a cast member to see if they can help you with the next steps. You may have to pick the MagicBand+ up when you arrive at your resort. If it's listed as "Shipped," you'll be able to track the package and get an estimated ship date. If that date is AFTER you are due to leave, I recommend calling then as well.
As long as you have downloaded the
My Disney Experience app on your phone and linked tickets, you can still use the
Disney MagicMobile Service to access your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel room, enter the theme parks, and even get your
Disney PhotoPass pictures. So if your plans were to head straight to the parks when you arrive, you can do that, and check with the front desk about your MagicBand+ when you get in later in the day.
