I completely understand your frustration. While it's not possible to cancel and reorder the MagicBands through your
My Disney Experience account, the
Internet Help Desk team may be able to do so at (407) 939-7765 or (407) 939-4357. They are available from 7:00 AM until 11:00 PM EST, seven days a week. I wish I could give you a more magical answer, but my suggestion would be to call first thing in the morning when the wait times are lower. I spoke to them about your case this morning, and I waited for about 30 minutes.
A few months ago, we had a somewhat similar situation when my oldest son's MagicBand didn't arrive on time for our trip. We were told it would be waiting at the front desk of our Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, but due to shipping delays, it, unfortunately, was not. The front desk manager directed us to the merchandise store off the hotel lobby, where my son picked out a new band, and then we received a credit on our account for the missing band. I know every circumstance is unique, and I can't guarantee they will always be handled the same way. However, if you can't get through to the Internet Help Desk, you can always try speaking to a Cast Member in person when you arrive.
